How does it work… really

We first ask for basic information on your business - industry, headcount, revenue, etc. - after creating a basic profile we will meet with you to understand your goals and if we can help you get there.

For highly eligible companies, the assessment is free. We want to work with great people and great companies. All we ask is that you provide high-level information on your business through an online survey, and then we will schedule a call within 24 hours.

Length and time will vary highly depending on: current state relative to goals and your ability to invest time and effort. This will be made clear before any project kick-off.

Varies based on resources required. A project length estimate and quote will be provided before starting a project.
We stand behind our values and want to work with highly motivated owners and their teams. Ask about our guarantee programs and how we can ensure everyone gains maximum value from the time we invest together.

We include a pre-determined number of support sessions in all projects, however, ongoing support is available for those that want a partner in their companies transformation. This will often be weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions with key individuals.
Ongoing support is $245 per hour, billed monthly.
